Terms and Conditions for jli4 Online Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete and binding agreement between you ("Player" or "you") and jli4 ("we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of jli4, available at jli4.vu and through the jli4 mobile application.

By clicking "Register," completing account setup, logging in, or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you are using jli4 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms — though note that sharing or transferring accounts is not permitted (see Section 3).

2 Eligibility

To register and use jli4, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one jli4 account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances suspended pending review.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Inaccurate registration details may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

Your account credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with anyone else or allow any other person to access your account. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID and, where required, proof of your registered payment method. KYC is completed once and applies to your account permanently unless your details change materially.

jli4 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading, or where any eligibility requirement in Section 2 is not met.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on jli4 are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jli4 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Deposits may be made using supported Philippine payment methods, which include Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. The specific methods available to you will be displayed in your account at the time of deposit. jli4 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking and e-wallet processing schedules. Before a withdrawal is processed, your KYC verification must be complete and your account must be in good standing.

jli4 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

5 Gaming Rules

jli4 offers sports betting, live casino games, eBingo, and slots. Each product category is subject to its own specific rules which are made available within the relevant section of the platform. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the rules applicable to that product.

General rules that apply across all gaming categories on jli4 include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except in circumstances explicitly permitted by the applicable product rules (for example, cash-out features on eligible sports markets where available).
• Results and payouts are determined by the platform systems. In the event of a technical error or system fault during a game or event, jli4 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances.
• jli4 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at incorrect odds or under erroneous conditions caused by a system error or human error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Winnings from valid settled bets are credited to your account balance in PHP promptly after settlement.

For sports betting, live odds and markets may be suspended, adjusted, or removed at any time before a bet is confirmed, particularly around event kick-off or during live in-play betting. It is your responsibility to verify odds at the point of confirmation.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

jli4 may offer promotional bonuses, cashback, free bets, or other incentives to players from time to time. When a promotion is active, its specific terms — including any wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, and expiry periods — will be published alongside the promotion itself.

Where no specific promotion terms have been published, no promotional offer applies. jli4 does not guarantee any specific bonus amounts, percentages, or availability periods. Promotional terms are subject to change at any time.

General principles that apply to all jli4 promotions:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, and per device.
• Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts is prohibited.
• jli4 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines that the promotion has been misused or claimed in bad faith.
• Bonus funds and their associated requirements will be clearly stated when a promotion is offered. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds may not be withdrawable.

• Using another person's account or payment method without their consent.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate outcomes or exploit platform rules.
• Any activity that jli4 reasonably determines to constitute fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.

jli4 monitors account activity and reserves the right to investigate any activity it considers suspicious. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, all associated accounts may be closed, balances forfeited, and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.

9 Privacy and Data

By registering an account, you acknowledge that jli4 will process your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any loss arising from third-party payment processing delays or failures.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Losses arising from technical issues caused by your device, internet connection, or software.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

11 Changes to These Terms

jli4 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a notice displayed within the platform.

Your continued use of jli4 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
